I was sceptical about this product as I had tried everything to try and stop my dog chasing bikes and tractors and rushing at other dogs. The change in him since using the collar has been remarkable and I have addressed several bad behaviours in a short space of time. It has given me a lot more confidence as I feel I have a tool to deal with bad traits. I have been very impressed with Petsafe customer service who quickly helped me out when I lost the collar battery cover

Great bit of kit, when used with the scented citronella, the dog doesn't like it!

Brilliant product, don't even need to turn it on when its around my dogs neck now. He has learned not to bark

Great product had an older version but this new one is much better easier to turn on and better buttons on remote 5stars

Our 10 month old Jackapoo loved nothing more than a run on the beach or woods. She got a little over excited on occasions and before you knew it was off on the scent of a deer, rabbit .. in fact anything that moved !! .. It really does work !
